Festivals
Jazz festivals are typically multi-day events, or sometimes one-day, multi-performer events. We’ve listed the ones that are within roughly a day’s drive of New York State’s Capital District. If you know of any festivals we’re missing, please let us know. Click on the festival’s website for full info. To find other festivals, go to our links page.
NOTE 1: Lincoln Center in New York City has jazz almost every night, and many of their presentations are over a several day period. And the Kennedy Center in Washington has many jazz events in addition to those shown on the Festivals page.
NOTE 2: They don’t meet our “roughly a day’s drive” criterion, but we’ve added jazz cruises to the listings because they’re really super-festivals.
